HIMLEY VILLAGE PUBLIC CONSULTATION HELD

On 9 October 2014, P3 Eco launched its proposals for “Himley Village”, part of the NW Bicester eco town. In another key stage in the evolution of the NW Bicester eco town, P3Eco is seeking comments from the public on its proposals for “Himley Village” covering some 230 acres of the overall eco town designated site.
Visitors had the opportunity to view and discuss proposals at a public exhibition which was held by P3Eco Ltd at Bicester Town Council, The Garth, Launton Road, Bicester, Oxon, OX26 3YH on Thursday 9th October 2014 between 2pm and 8pm.
The Himley Village outline planning application relates to a large proportion of the southern half of the wider NW Bicester Masterplan area covering 230 acres to the north of Middleton Stony Road.
Steve Nardelli, Director of P3Eco Ltd, said: “Having worked so closely with Cherwell in securing the eco town designation for the NW Bicester site in the first place, we are very pleased to be able to bring forward our proposals for the creation of Himley Village forming a significant part of the overall NW Bicester development. We have assembled a high quality team to work with us in preparing our proposals and we are excited about what they have produced. We believe that Himley Village has the potential to become an exceptional place with its own distinct character and identity and landscape as part of the new eco town, and we look forward now to getting the input of the local community to help us finalise our plans”.
