The intelligence behind P3 and key to the Group’s success lies in what might be a seemingly random collection of talents and background. However, the variety of qualifications of each of the executives instead lays a strong foundation for the future of eco developments.

With a singular objective – to create the most superb eco communities in the UK and around the world – together they hold the formula for success at P3 Group. The diverse expertise and experiences of each partner creates an irrefutable synergy.

Graham Johnson

Graham Johnson, Director of the P3 Group of eco companies, has a career background that spans the civil service, professional services and private sector. His thorough understanding of public administration, the political process, corporate affairs and the media make him a perfect compliment to the P3 Group of eco companies’ executive team.

Johnson joined the civil service in 1974 and worked variously in the Ministry of Defence, the Department of Employment and the Cabinet Office where he was an assistant secretary. His career path gives him valuable insights into the dynamics of public administration and the inter-relationship between ministers, civil servants and Parliament.

In 1987, Johnson joined the board of Rosehaugh, plc, and an FTSE listed property company responsible for some of the largest property developments in the UK, as Corporate Affairs Director and worked on the Broadgate development in London and a number of large-scale regeneration projects throughout the UK.

In 1992, Graham founded the Matrix Partnership, which evolved into Pall Mall Consult in 2001, providing strategic government relations, public policy and media relations counsel to a variety of corporate, financial and international clients.
